To ensure web-presence and press interest in the credit line financing.To enable a prompt uptake of the credit line and related benefits by eligible Sub-borrowers, financing their investments in energy efficiency and renewable energy projects.To stimulate potential sub-borrowers’ investment decisions in sustainable energy finance.To raise awareness of the energy efficiency finance and consultancy package for sub-borrowers, notably businesses.Its main goal lies in finding the most efficient ways of promoting the Facility in the Region taking into account each country’s specifics, combining and adjusting them in line with the EBRD strategy and objectives. Concordiste was entrusted with developing the marketing strategy for the Programme from the ground up. EBRD intends to further extend its activities in the whole Region. USD 100 million were allocated for on-lending to private sector companies and individual clients (Sub-borrowers) through local Partner Financial Institutions (PFIs). In 2013 the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) decided to scale up its operations in the Caucasus region (Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan) launching the second phase of the Caucasus Energy Efficiency Programme (CEEP).
